No Returns & No Refunds

MiniTurbo Garage LK operates under a strict NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS policy.

Once an order is placed and payment is made or confirmed (including Cash on Delivery orders):

• Products cannot be returned
• Payments will not be refunded
• Exchanges will not be accepted

This applies to all products, including but not limited to:

• Hot Wheels
• Model cars
• Scale models
• Accessories and collectibles

Product Condition Disclaimer

Product images are for reference purposes only.

Minor variations in:

• Packaging
• Card condition
• Color shade
• Manufacturing details

are considered normal and are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking product details
• Confirming scale, condition, and pricing
• Ensuring the product meets their expectations before ordering

MiniTurbo Garage LK is not responsible for incorrect purchases made by the customer.

Damaged During Delivery

Once an order is handed over to the courier service, responsibility for delivery handling lies with the courier.

We strongly advise customers to check parcels at the time of delivery. Any courier-related damage claims must be raised directly with the courier company.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched.
